**The Story of Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS) and the Children of Gaza**
In the scorching desert of Karbala, on the day of Ashura, the sun blazed through clouds of dust, and the cries of women and children filled the air. Amidst all this hardship, a tiny baby named Ali Asghar lay in the arms of his father, Imam Hussain (AS), crying. Ali Asghar was thirsty, but there was no water for him.

Imam Hussain (AS) approached the enemy’s army and pleaded, **“If you have no mercy for me, at least have mercy on this child!”** But the cruel enemies, instead of giving water, shot an arrow at the delicate throat of little Ali Asghar. The innocent baby, his eyes still shimmering with life, was martyred.

### **Connecting Ali Asghar’s Story to the Children of Gaza**

Today, in the land of Gaza, innocent children—just like Ali Asghar (AS)—suffer from thirst and hunger in the arms of their parents. Like Ali Asghar, their innocent eyes are full of questions: **“Why won’t they give us water? Why do they drop bombs on our homes?”**

The children of Gaza, like Ali Asghar (AS), are victims of oppression and injustice. But just as Imam Hussain (AS) stood for truth and justice, the people of Gaza resist with courage. The memory of Ali Asghar teaches us to **never stay silent** and to always stand up for the oppressed.

### **Lessons for Children Today**

1. **Empathy for the Oppressed:** Whenever we see the children of Gaza hungry and thirsty, let us remember Ali Asghar (AS) and pray for them.
2. **Courage and Resistance:** Imam Hussain (AS) taught us that even in the hardest times, we must stand for what is right. The children of Gaza, despite their fear, continue to resist.
3. **Hope for the Future:** The story of Karbala reminds us that **truth will always prevail**, even if the oppressors seem strong today.

**The End of the Story**

Today, every child in Gaza is an **Ali Asghar**. Every mother in Gaza is a **Lady Zainab (AS)**, protecting her family with patience. Let us, like the companions of Imam Hussain (AS), stand with the oppressed and never stay silent!
